Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.
You are protected when:
- The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
- The item you received was not as described.
- The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.
Once your order leaves our warehouse and is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking ID.
Remember to check your spam folder, in case you haven’t added our email to your address book.
All orders are expected to ship within 10-30 business days, tracking details will be supplied via email once available.
Important: Special Merch drops
Due to high demand and exclusivity of our special drops, these can take longer to ship. Please be patient, we appreciate your understanding.
After an order has been processed there is a small window of time you can change your shipping address.
If you need to change your shipping address, please send us your order number along with proof of ID for your new shipping address. We ask for proof of ID because we have been experiencing a high number of fraudulent attempts lately and this is done so that your order and your identity are protected.
- We are not able to change a shipping address from a USA address to an international address.
- If you change your address and a fraud alert is raised, your order may automatically be cancelled or delayed due to additional security measures.
- If your order is already shipped and you have a tracking id, contact the courier and follow their change of delivery instructions.
After an order has been processed there is a small window of time you can change the size and or color.
If you already received your tracking ID, it is too late to make any changes. If you have not received your tracking id, we can try to change the size, but we cannot guarantee this. We will try our best to help you.

International orders are subject to taxes and duty fees.
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
